The Shorewood School District is seeking a Girls Gymnastics Head Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.
The Gymnastics Coach will lead and develop gymnasts by providing instruction and guidance in all aspects of gymnastics. Other responsibilities will include creating and implementing training programs and motivating athletes to reach their highest potential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for gymnasts, tailored to each individual's skills and abilities
Provide technical instruction and feedback on the execution of gymnastics skills
Motivate, encourage, and inspire athletes in a positive and safe learning environment
Keep up to date with the latest gymnastics trends
Monitor the health and safety of athletes
Establish and maintain good relationships with athletes and their families
Attend competitions and meets
