US Career Partners is pleased to recruit for this distinguished opportunity with a well-established community outpatient medical center. This position offers exceptional clinical support, above-market compensation, and the chance to make a real difference. A minimum of two years of gastroenterology experience is required.
- A Practice Built Around Provider Success. This is not simply a good work environment — it is an exceptional one, built with the provider experience as a central priority. Advanced practice providers here benefit from comprehensive administrative support, with dedicated RNs, caseworkers, and care coordinators managing all follow-up and administrative legwork so that clinicians can focus entirely on patient care. The result is a practice where the day-to-day is genuinely enjoyable and professionally fulfilling.
- A Beloved Community Center with a Fully Integrated Clinical Ecosystem. This practice is not a hospital system or a large institutional setting — it is a deeply rooted, beloved community medical home where patients and providers alike feel at home. What further distinguishes it is its fully internal, collaborative structure connecting Gastroenterology directly with specialists and primary care providers under one roof. Outside referrals are largely eliminated — consultations and coordinated care happen seamlessly within the organization. This not only makes the experience dramatically more enjoyable for providers, it leads to meaningfully better patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Above-Market Compensation — Wherever You Are in Your Career. Whether earlier in your advanced practice career or bringing years of specialized gastroenterology experience, every candidate can expect a clear and meaningful upgrade from their current compensation. This organization pays above market as a matter of principle, combined with a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a full range of performance bonuses — ensuring that what is offered here stands apart from what is available elsewhere.
- High-Impact, Community-Centered Care. This role offers the opportunity to serve a rich and diverse patient population drawn from across the broader community, including vulnerable and underserved populations for whom quality gastroenterological care is especially critical. The scope and significance of the work here are substantial.
