A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex transportation, water/wastewater, and heavy civil infrastructure projects across the Southeast. The firm is entering a strong growth phase, with upcoming geotechnical work anticipated on several multi-billion-dollar highway projects.This is a lead role suited to an experienced geotechnical professional who can manage projects end-to-end while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting technical teams.Responsibilities Lead geotechnical projects from proposal development through design and construction.Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, and delivery performance.Manage subsurface investigation programs including drilling, CPT, sampling, and field testing.Provide technical oversight of geotechnical analyses including:Foundation design (shallow and deep)Settlement and consolidation analysisSlope stability and earthworksRetaining structures and ground improvementPavement and infrastructure design supportServe as primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships.Coordinate with contractors, design engineers, and regulatory agencies.Review and approve technical reports, calculations, and construction recommendations.Provide construction-phase support and resolve field-related geotechnical issues.Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.Support business development, proposal preparation, and project pursuits.Qualifications M.S. in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical focus preferred)Active PE license in Georgia, or ability to obtain within 6 months10+ years of geotechnical engineering experienceProven experience managing heavy civil infrastructure projectsStrong client-facing and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teamsExperience with geotechnical software such as LPile, APile, GeoStudio, Slide, GROUP, SHAFT, or GRLWEAP preferredStrong medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company contributionCompany-paid disability and life insuranceProfessional development and leadership growth opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
