Job Description:
Seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with Agentic AI expertise to design, develop, and enhance intelligent, scalable backend applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Java backend development, Agentic AI frameworks and solutions, and Kafka-based event-driven architectures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building AI-enabled services, integrating autonomous AI agents into enterprise applications, and developing robust backend systems that support high-volume, real-time data processing. The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development with Agentic AI experience (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
Build and integrate Agentic AI solutions into enterprise applications and workflows.
Develop and manage AI-driven agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
Design and implement Kafka-based messaging and event-driven architectures.
Create RESTful APIs and backend services to support AI and application integrations.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend and integration issues.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities following best practices.

Required Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Java backend development.
Experience developing or integrating Agentic AI, AI agents, or Generative AI-powered solutions.
Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven application development.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Experience with backend system design, debugging, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, or AI agent platforms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
