Seeking a Geologist to support field investigations in Minneapolis or Duluth, MN. Responsibilities include conducting geophysical surveys, collecting environmental samples (soil, groundwater, sediment, air), and performing site exploration and geologic logging.
Assist with data collection, analysis, and quality control for geologic and hydrogeologic databases, and prepare technical reports.
Ensure safety compliance, maintain equipment, and support well installation and remediation activities.
Work collaboratively with teams, help with work plan prep, and adhere to safety and ethical standards.
Qualifications include a BS/BA in Geology or related field, 1-3 years' experience, knowledge of environmental regulations, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and physical capability for fieldwork.
Preferred qualifications include OSHA HAZWOPER training and asbestos inspector certification.
Salary range: $61,000 - $72,000. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid leave.
