Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Genesys IVR Developer with deep expertise in Genesys Engage platform, IVR technology, and third-party system integrations. The role involves designing and developing advanced IVR applications, managing speech recognition grammars, and integrating with cloud and CRM solutions like AWS Lambda, Lex, Amelia, Polly, Salesforce CRM, and Google CCAI.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Engage platform (IVR development & integrations).
• Advanced understanding of IVR technologies, telecommunications devices, networks, and software.
• Experience in Speech Recognition Systems and Grammar Development.
• Integration experience with AWS Lambda (NodeJS/Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, Salesforce CRM, and Google CCAI.
• Proficiency in web service communication protocols: SOAP, REST, VXML, SQL, XML.
• Solid experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using Java, NodeJS, Python.
• Knowledge of cross-system integration patterns in contact center environments.
