Our client, is a global services and media company, is looking for a Generative AI Training and Support Specialist for their New York, NY/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate live and on-demand training on generative AI tools, including (but not limited to) Client GPT, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
  • Develop clear, engaging learning materials, including guides, job aids, and video content, for employees at varying levels of AI fluency.
  • Support the Generative AI Champions community group and other Tech Academy programs by coordinating sessions, managing logistics, and contributing content.
  • Serve as a support resource for employee questions about AI tools, use cases, and responsible use guidelines.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and HTS stakeholders to ensure training reflects current Client policies on data privacy and AI usage.
  • Partner with HR and corporate Learning and Development teams to design and develop AI-focused soft skill trainings in addition to tool-based trainings. For example, work on content such as “Leading Change in the Age of AI” etc.
  • Track training participation, learner feedback, and engagement metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to stay current on AI tool updates and surface relevant learning opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise environments
  • Manage platform configuration, organizational settings, user provisioning, and workspace administration
  • Maintain organizational structures, team workspaces, and access segmentation by department or business unit
  • Serve as the primary liaison with OpenAI and Anthropic enterprise account teams. Escalate complex technical issues to vendor support teams when required
  • Generate utilization reports for license consumption, compliance and chargeback
 
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, adult education, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience with administration of enterprise AI platform like OpenAI, Claude enterprise
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance practices
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar). Experience as a training with generative AI tools is preferred.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional design, communications, or a related field, or has equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience designing and facilitating both live (virtual/in-person) and asynchronous learning
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and how to apply it to AI-related content
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where tools, policies, and best practices evolve quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, specifically Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with responsible AI use principles and data privacy considerations is a plus
