POSITION DESCRIPTION
The People & Culture (P&C) Generalist is responsible for attracting, hiring and onboarding top talent while helping create an engaging and welcoming workplace experience within ITA Group's Atlanta office. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, this role leads full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, facilitating onboarding and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
In addition, this role serves as a key ambassador for ITA Group's Atlanta headquarters, helping foster a workplace environment where team members feel connected, supported and inspired. The P&C Generalist helps coordinate office operations, team member experiences and workplace initiatives that strengthen culture, promote belonging and position the office as a destination for collaboration, connection and client engagement. By combining talent acquisition expertise with a passion for employee experience, this role helps ensure ITA Group attracts exceptional talent and provides a workplace where people choose to do their best work every day.
