Title: Generalist Implementation Manager (Functional – CRIMS/OMS)

Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $45 - $55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
 

Introduction

We are seeking experienced client-facing functional consultants to support CRIMS/OMS upgrade programs. These programs involve business workflows, configuration, compliance setup, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Functional expertise with Charles River IMS or equivalent OMS platforms.
• Understanding of trading lifecycle, portfolio management, and investment workflows.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Experience in configuring and validating compliance rules, basic logic, and rule behavior.
• Experience in defining and implementing user privileging, access controls, and role-based entitlements within CRIMS.
• Experience with UAT, scenario validation, and workflow testing.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Client Azure.
• Knowledge of BFSI US East - New England region.
• Familiarity with capital markets and investment workflows.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support and manage CRIMS/OMS upgrade programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• Conduct testing and validation of workflows and compliance rules.
