Job Summary

The Generalist, HR Talent Engagement will report to the Regional Head of Human Resources and will be based in Plano, Texas. This role serves as a strategic HR business partner, supporting employee relations, engagement, leadership coaching and development, and the execution of key HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to support strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
  • Implement and promote talent management programs, including performance management, competency development, rewards and recognition, succession planning, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Facilitate HR engagement initiatives based on actionable insights to strengthen employee belonging and organizational pride.
  • Support organizational development efforts and ensure fair and consistent administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain strong morale across teams.
  • Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events and local community initiatives.
  • Participate in business meetings, client audits, and project start-up meetings.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal HR processes and external regulatory requirements.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage statutory employment requirements in coordination with legal counsel, compliance teams, and local government authorities as applicable.
  • Promote participation in the Annual Employee Survey, analyze results, and develop action plans to improve engagement.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, including campus recruitment.
  • Assist with onboarding, training and development, and other HR priorities within the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-5 years of HR Generalist experience; or Master's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to groups.
  • Proven experience handling employee relations matters with a solid understanding of employment laws.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular or professional activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, action planning, and execution.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a globally diverse work environment.
