HCA Florida Treasure Coast Surgical Specialists is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated general surgery physician assistant to join our busy, well‑established practice in beautiful Port St. Lucie, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high‑volume surgical team within a vibrant, rapidly growing medical community known for its collaborative culture, strong patient focus, and exceptional quality of care.

Qualified Candidates: 
  • Current Physician Assistant Certification is required
  • Must hold an active Florida license
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Provides patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Experience in Surgical, First Assist, and Post‑Operative Care is required

HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is a 282-bed that offers a full range of services that include a NICU, birthing center, cardiac catheterization lab, minimally invasive robotic surgery, gynecologic, general and vascular surgery and wound care. Additionally, HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is home to the Orthopedic & Spine Institute and a senior and pediatric-friendly ER with freestanding emergency rooms at Darwin Square in Port St Lucie and in Stuart.  Leapfrog “A” safety grade since 2021.
