Requirements 20+ years of construction experience, with strong superintendent background Proven success delivering ground-up design-build industrial or warehouse projects Ability and desire to step into a General Superintendent role in the near term Experience managing multiple projects and traveling across the Northeast region Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Must be based west of Boston (preferred) and willing to travel
