The Peach Cobbler Factory General Manager oversees all daily operations, including leading staff, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality product standards. They are responsible for driving sales, building a positive team culture, maintaining strict sanitation, and executing marketing initiatives to uphold the brand's reputation for exceptional service. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing the store, managing inventory, and ensuring a spotless, safe, and sanitary work environment in main store and other sites.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Supervise: Train and develop key holders.
  • Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries and ensure high-quality, enthusiastic customer service.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor sales, control labor and food costs, and manage budgeting.
  • Product Standards: Ensure all desserts are baked and presented according to company recipes and standards. 
  • Marketing & Outreach: Strong understanding of social media including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in restaurant, catering and or fast food operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Situational Awareness to Continuous Improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varied customer scenarios.
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to show or obtain Safe Serv and CPR First Aid and Safety certification
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends. 

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: $40-50k per year.
  • Commissions: Bonuses for Sales Increases, Expense reductions, Action Plans, Expansion, Catering are negotiated.
