Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - All general and vascular except for ABIs and segmental pressure. No echo or breast.
Unit Details: - Performs ultrasound procedures to obtain desired imaging results according to physician specifications, including transferring patients for examinations and assisting with the ultrasound examination process. - Responsible for appropriate operation of all ultrasound imaging and related equipment. - Appropriately educates, positions, immobilizes, and performs ultrasound procedures. - Coordinates ultrasound examinations to ensure timeliness, quality, and continuity of patient care. - Understands and follows provider imaging orders correctly. - Submits required images and related clinical information to the radiologist for interpretation. - Appropriately evaluates image quality. - Appropriately utilizes, charges, and maintains department supplies. - Practices sterile technique and follows infection prevention policies.
Shift & Scheduling: - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday overnight.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS))
• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS))
