About the Role
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking General Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and supporting overall shop operations. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your automotive career, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes
- Perform tire rotations
- Replace batteries
- Complete fluid services
- Replace filters
- Replace wiper blades
- Replace bulbs
- Perform other general maintenance services
- Inspect vehicles and document findings accurately
- Assist with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) by taking photos, videos, and notes to help communicate vehicle needs
- Communicate safety concerns, worn parts, leaks, and repair recommendations to the team
- Assist senior technicians with vehicle setup, teardowns, parts cleaning, test drives, and general repair support
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment
- Treat customer vehicles with care and professionalism
- Follow all shop safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Complete final quality checks before vehicles leave the shop
- Keep repair orders moving efficiently and communicate any delays promptly
- Properly dispose of fluids, filters, batteries, tires, and shop waste
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
