Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead revenue growth and sales strategy for its San Francisco market stations. The GSM will oversee and manage local and national sales teams, guide Account Executives in developing new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive integrated advertising solutions across radio, digital, streaming, events, and multimedia platforms.
This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive media environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, developing high-performing sales teams, and building strong relationships within the San Francisco advertising and business community.

This position primarily involves sedentary work, including extended periods of sitting and computer use, with occasional standing, walking, travel, and attendance at client meetings or events. Occasional lifting of materials up to 10 pounds may be required.
