The Role (Your Day-to-Day)

You walk the floor and instantly know where the energy is off—and how to fix it. You’re coaching a salesperson through a deal one minute, reviewing performance metrics the next, and stepping in to turn a hesitant customer into a lifelong fan.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing sales team
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets, gross profit, and volume
- Turn showroom traffic into consistent, repeatable results
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy in real-time
- Maintain strong inventory balance across new and used vehicles
- Partner with marketing to maximize lead flow and conversions
What Makes You a Fit
- 5+ years in automotive sales leadership (GSM / Sales Manager level)
- Proven track record hitting and exceeding dealership targets
- Strong leadership presence—you don’t manage, you lead
- Data-driven decision maker (you know your numbers cold)
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on CSI and retention
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
