Production Associate
Location: Suamico, WI
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30am–3:45pm; Fridays 6:30am–11:30am (Friday afternoons off!)
Pay rate: $17.00/hour

Overview:
Join a company that values teamwork, quality, and a great work-life balance! We’re looking for a dependable Production Associate to assist in the preparation and finishing of sewn products. This is a hands-on position in a clean, friendly manufacturing environment with consistent hours and Fridays off in the afternoon.

Responsibilities:

• Move materials between workstations to support production flow

• Install grommets, rivets, staples, and similar hardware

• Fit plastic or wood inserts into fabric exteriors

• Clean, steam, and remove wrinkles from cases; inspect for quality

• Track time, materials, and supplies used for inventory purposes

• Assist with packing and preparing orders for shipment

• Identify and correct, or report, quality issues as they arise

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Dependable and team-oriented work ethic
