NVX is building one of the most ambitious car audio product catalogs in the world—engineered for performance and designed to deliver exceptional value. Our next chapter is scaling NVX into a globally recognized product powerhouse across subwoofers, amplifiers, speakers, wiring, and accessories.

We are hiring a General Product Manager<\/b> to lead the expansion of the NVX catalog from concept to shelf. This role blends global sourcing, technical product innovation, and data -driven execution. You will work directly with factories—primarily in China and broader Asia—to develop, cost, refine, and launch best -in -class products.
<\/div>

This is a high -intensity, hands -on operator role. We are looking for someone who understands factory dynamics, can navigate complex technical conversations with engineers, and is comfortable managing the "always -on" nature of global manufacturing.

Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>
End -to -End Lifecycle Management:<\/b> Own the product development lifecycle (ideation â sourcing â production â launch) on an intense, time -bound schedule.
<\/span><\/li>
Global Manufacturer Relations:<\/b> Manage relationships with Global and Domestic manufacturers, ensuring all deliverables, annual budgets, and project milestones are met.
<\/span><\/li>
Technical Cross -Functional Leadership:<\/b> Partner with internal packaging design, international industrial design, and multi -disciplinary engineering teams (Electrical, Acoustic, and Software).
<\/span><\/li>
Technical Oversight:<\/b> Review and understand complex design concepts including Solid Works (3D design), 3D Scanning, and 3D Printing/Prototyping.
<\/span><\/li>
Manufacturing Expertise:<\/b> Oversee production processes including rotomolding, injection molding, and related fabrication methods to ensure product integrity.
<\/span><\/li>
International Coordination:<\/b> Maintain proactive communication with overseas vendors via chat programs and internal tools, including availability during evening hours to align with Asian time zones.
<\/span><\/li>
Strategic Sourcing:<\/b> Lead RFQ processes, analyze BOMs, and recommend cost optimizations without sacrificing performance.
<\/span><\/li>
Data -Driven Innovation:<\/b> Use Excel and AI tools to model pricing, forecast demand, and identify new product opportunities based on market trends.
<\/span><\/li>
Quality & Testing:<\/b> Ensure product excellence through rigorous sampling, testing, and factory feedback loops.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Education & Skills Required<\/b>
<\/div>
Bachelor’s Degree:<\/b> Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
<\/span><\/li>
International Experience:<\/b> 3+ years of hands -on experience working with manufacturers in Asia; must be comfortable traveling to China at least 2 times per year.
<\/span><\/li>
Technical Fluency:<\/b> Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand the mechanics of injection molding, rotomolding, and 3D prototyping.
<\/span><\/li>
Software Proficiency:<\/b> Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, automation) for productivity.
<\/span><\/li>
Communication:<\/b> Exceptional ability to communicate across cultures and time zones; must be comfortable with "after -hours" digital correspondence with overseas partners.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Industry Experience:<\/b> Experience in Car Audio is a significant plus. While car electronics experience is not strictly required, a background in General Consumer Electronics is highly valued.

Manufacturing Knowledge:<\/b> Familiarity with the specific constraints and advantages of different molding and tooling processes.
<\/span><\/li>
Systems Experience:<\/b> Familiarity with NetSuite or similar PLM/ERP systems.
