What You'll Do
As a General Mill Production Laborer, you will be responsible for: Hand stacking lumber of various sizes to keep production moving smoothly and efficiently. Assisting the stacker operator with organizing, transferring, and handling materials safely and quickly. Standing for extended periods while maintaining a steady, fast-paced rhythm. Following all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues. Supporting team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have: High School Diploma or GED. Experience in physically demanding, high-speed work environments is a plus but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and high energy. Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately while maintaining quality.
