The Full-time Manufacturing Operator will follow standard procedures in Thick and Thin Film Divisions, performing tasks like visual inspection, lasertrimming, solder dipping, and electrical testing.
They will handle small parts and wafers, inspect components with microscopes, and complete assignments under supervision, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Essential skills include time management, thoroughness, accuracy, and communication.
Requirements include a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and proficiency in English.
Preferred experience includes cleanroom work, mechanical or chemical handling, visual inspection, and ISO 9000 familiarity.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with occasional travel between locations. Salary ranges from $16 to $19 per hour.
