• 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results • General Managers desire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach, and mentor to the crew • Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment • A creative approach to growing the business, including community-engagement and fundraisers • ServSafe certification
