• Two years of experience in a guest-focused business
• Managing AUV of 3-4 million annually
• Leading 50+ team members
• P & L experience with demonstratable experience impacting numbers and sales growth
• Natural leadership abilities
• Professional appearance and manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player mentality
• Ability to use point of sale system
