Compensation
- $55,000–$65,000 based on experience
- PaidTime Off (PTO)
- Monthly $500 bonus potential based on profitability, food & labor cost, YoY and Catering sales growth, and employee retention.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and develop a strong team
- Manage labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory
- Deliver excellent guest service and maintain high standards
- Build accountability and a positive team culture
- Drive sales and local community marketing and engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing labor and food cost
- Ability to hold team members accountable professionally
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability including weekends and some evenings
- Able to work on your feet for up to 13 hours at a time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer environments ranging from 40°F to -10°F
