Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Drive sales and profitability through effective business strategies
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard employees
• Schedule staff based on labor targets and business volume
• Manage profit and loss (P&L) performance
• Control labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses
• Drive sales growth through promotions and local marketing
• Analyze KPIs such as sales, labor %, food variance, and customer metrics
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
• Handle cash management, deposits, and reconciliation
• Maintain employee records and payroll coordination
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships
• Communicate with franchise owners or district managers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
