Our leading fast-food franchise is looking to hire a General Manager to oversee daily operations. Our ideal candidate can lead, develop, and motivate the team; adapt to and abide by all of our policies and procedures, and provide outstanding customer service to every guest-- all while having fun!
General Manager Responsibilities:
A natural passion for people development and proven ability to select, develop and retain top talent
Lead daily operations and possess a strong business acumen to drive sales and profitability
Maintain customer relationships and provide them with on-time service for every order
Provide personalized and friendly service to all of our guests and resolve issues as needed
General Manager Qualifications:
3+ years of recent fast food General Manager experience is required
Solid work history and progression, including no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including daytime, evenings, and weekends
Valid driver's license in good standing and personal vehicle
