LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading commercial HVAC services organization seeking a General Manager to lead a large service operation across South Florida.
This is not a Service Manager role.
We're looking for a true business operator who can improve profitability, develop leaders, streamline operations, and drive performance across service, customer support, dispatch, warehouse, and field teams.
What You'll Own
Full P&L responsibility for a $15M+ service division
Leadership of 45-60+ employees across multiple functions
Operational efficiency, labor productivity, and service profitability
Manager development and succession planning
Customer relationships and executive-level communication
Process improvement, reporting, and KPI management
Strategic growth initiatives and business performance
What We're Looking For
Commercial HVAC service leadership experience
Proven P&L ownership
Experience leading large teams and multiple departments
Strong operational and financial acumen
Track record of improving processes, performance, and profitability
Executive presence with the ability to lead from the front
