This role is responsible for driving business results, developing teams, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring brand standards are consistently executed.

Job Summary:
The General Manager oversees all aspects of restaurant performance including operations, staffing, financial results, guest satisfaction, and team development. This position leads by example and creates an environment focused on accountability, service, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and leaders
- Build a positive and high-performing team culture
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food cost, and operational expenses
- Drive sales performance and achieve restaurant goals and metrics
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation procedures
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement action plans for improvement
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Support employee engagement, retention, and ongoing development
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- General Manager or multi-unit leadership experience preferred
- Experience in QSR, fast casual, or food service operations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage staffing, labor, and financial performance
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
