Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on speed, quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members to hit performance standards
Hold the team accountable to policies, procedures, and brand standards—consistently
Ensure food safety, health, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and ordering to hit profitability goals
Create schedules, oversee payroll, and conduct performance reviews
Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
Build a culture of ownership, integrity, and respect—no excuses, no shortcuts
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of restaurant management experience (Jimmy John’s experience is a strong plus)
Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold people accountable
Strong operational instincts and financial awareness
Ability to make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator who leads from the front—not the office
Organized, disciplined, and comfortable setting expectations
