General Manager (Nashville) — Revenue & Growth Leader

Crawlspace Medic is a fast-growing home services franchise focused on crawlspace remediation and foundation repair. We’re mission-driven, values-led, and serious about building markets the right way—serving homeowners with high-integrity solutions and creating life-changing opportunities for strong leaders.

We’re hiring a General Manager to lead and grow our Nashville market. Nashville is already producing revenue, but the next chapter requires a leader who can build a real business development engine (beyond digital), drive inspections on the calendar, and own results like an operator.

Nashville already has operations in place (including an Ops Manager)—this GM role exists to grow the business.

This is a revenue role

Your job is to create and convert demand.

You will own:

  • Lead generation beyond digital: build a local referral engine (realtors, home inspectors, pest/HVAC, trades, community partners)

  • Inspection volume: keep the schedule full and consistent

  • Revenue growth: drive the market from ~$800K run-rate toward $1.3M–$1.5M in year one

  • Sales performance: improve conversion through strong follow-up discipline, trust-building communication, and a clean customer experience

You’ll work closely with the Ops Manager to ensure delivery stays tight—but you are not being hired to run production.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain high-trust referral relationships that consistently produce inspections

  • Run inspections and close work early on (until the market supports additional coverage)

  • Create a simple weekly growth cadence: referral activity, inspection volume, conversion, revenue

  • Represent Crawlspace Medic in the community with a consultative, solutions-first approach

  • Hire and develop team members as the market scales (BD / Sales / leadership support over time)

What success looks like

First 30–90 days

  • You understand the business model end-to-end

  • Referral outreach cadence is live and measurable

  • Inspection volume is trending up

 

6–12 months

  • Predictable mix of digital + referral lead flow

  • Strong conversion rhythm and follow-up discipline

  • Revenue pacing toward $1.3M+ annualized
