We are looking for a strong Floor Manager / Captain who is ready to grow into a higher-level management position within our restaurant group. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads by example, and understands how to create exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations and service flow
- Supervise and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Ensure excellent guest experience and hospitality standards
- Assist with floor management, staffing, and team communication
- Help train, motivate, and develop FOH team members
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
- Support opening and closing responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or captain experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Experience in high-volume restaurants preferred
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work 5 days per week consistently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with Toast POS is a plus
