Job Description
A leading high-volume quick-service restaurant brand is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and develop high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all restaurant operations with full P&L accountability
- Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and food cost controls
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Deliver exceptional guest service and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful General Manager experience
- Background in high-volume QSR, fast-casual, family dining, or convenience foodservice
- Strong P&L, labor, and food cost management skills
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality
- Stable work history and measurable operational achievements
- Valid driver's license and work authorization required
