Are you a leader who takes pride in authentic Southern hospitality and "made-from-scratch" quality? We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Hartwell team. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and have a passion for serving up legendary breakfast and hand-breaded favorites, we want to meet you.
As the General Manager, you are the heart of our operations. You’ll be responsible for everything from the early morning 49-step biscuit bake to ensuring every guest experiences the "Real Deal" Southern flavor we are known for.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations with a focus on fresh, high-quality food and fast, friendly service.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a winning team. You will foster a culture of respect, hard work, and hospitality.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the restaurant’s P&L, including labor, food waste, and inventory, to ensure maximum profitability.
Brand Integrity: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that meets or exceeds all health and brand standards.
Community Focus: Build strong ties within the Hartwell community to drive local growth and brand loyalty.
Experience: 2–4 years of General Management experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment.
Passion for Quality: A commitment to scratch-made food—we don't use microwaves, and we expect a leader who values that level of craft.
Leadership Drive: A "lead-from-the-front" style. You are ready to jump into the kitchen or support the drive-thru during peak rushes.
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere under pressure.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
Salary: Base salary of $60,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience).
Bonus Structure: Generous performance-based bonus program.
Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
And many more!
