Position Summary
The General Manager (GM) is a Troon associate and the senior executive leader responsible for the professional management, operational performance, and financial health of the community and club operations.
You protect property values, support resident experience, ensure compliance, and lead the management team.
You execute within adopted budgets and board policy while retaining authority over daily operations, personnel, and service delivery.
Compensation: $200,000 - $225,000 (Eligible for a 10% performance bonus)

All employment matters including hiring, evaluation, discipline, compensation, and termination are managed under Troon authority.

Community type: Gated, residential golf and country club community with bundled/resort-style amenities. The public-facing club site highlights guard-gated entry, golf, dining, fitness, racquet sports, bocce, spa services, and resort pool amenities.
About Heritage Landing
Heritage Landing's golf course has a unique history. It originally opened in 2007 as Tern Bay Golf & Country Club, closed in 2008, and was later remastered in 2019 by Gordon G. Lewis into the current 18-hole Heritage Landing layout. The course is listed as a par 71 with Champion Paspalum on greens, tees, and fairways, and multiple tee options ranging from about 4,363 yards to 7,122 yards.
