Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

Guest Experience

  • Create memorable dining experiences through exceptional hospitality
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain high standards for service, food presentation, and overall restaurant atmosphere
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all dining and beverage service

Food & Beverage Excellence

  • Support culinary and beverage teams in maintaining quality standards
  • Monitor product consistency and execution
  • Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, sake, cocktails, and sustainable sourcing practices
  • Ensure quality control through active floor and expo management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience
  • Experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
  • Upscale dining, sushi, seafood, or elevated hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management
  • Proven success developing teams and building positive workplace culture
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and guest service
