Your responsibilities will include overseeing the grand opening preparation with local marketing initiatives, setting up all operational systems and procedures, recruiting and training the initial team, and managing daily operations with focus on key performance indicators. You will develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, identify local market opportunities for growth, and represent the Juici Patties brand within the Philadelphia community to drive customer awareness and loyalty. Financial oversight including inventory management, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting to achieve profitability goals will be critical. You'll ensure all products, service standards, and food safety regulations comply with franchise policies and maintain the highest quality standards.
