WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT MOTIVATED CANDIDATE!! The General Manager will oversee daily dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting Departments. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, overseeing financial performance, and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers. You must be willing to get involved and actively to 40 contacts a day through email, calls, and/or texts. You must set the example through your actions.
