Key Responsibilities

• Profitability: Take full accountability for restaurant P&L, actively managing financial outcomes and driving sales through excellent guest service and operations.
• Guest Experience: Inspire your team to exceed guest expectations with friendly, fast service in a clean environment, and manage guest feedback to continuously improve.
• People Leadership: Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and recognition programs to build a talented and enthusiastic team.
• Operations Management: Oversee labor scheduling, ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards, and step in as needed to support your team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience with strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.
• Excellent leadership and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
