What You'll Do:
As our General Manager, you'll be the heart of our operations, overseeing everything that makes Dogtopia of Downtown Orlando a premier destination for pups and their people. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading Daily Operations: Ensuring smooth, efficient, and fun day-to-day activities across all services.
Delivering Tail-Wagging Service: Guaranteeing every pet parent and pup receives an outstanding experience.
Building a Stellar Team: Supervising, training, and inspiring a team of dedicated dog lovers.
Championing Dog Well-being: Overseeing all dog care activities, from energetic daycare play to comfortable boarding stays.
Maintaining Top Standards: Upholding our rigorous cleanliness and safety protocols to create the healthiest environment for our furry friends.

Qualifications:
Education: An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Character Traits: Dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, achievement-oriented, autonomous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
