The Role: General Manager

This is not a sit behind a desk management job.

As General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your location, leading from the front, developing your team, and ensuring every customer leaves impressed.

You’ll spend about 85% of your time outdoors, actively involved in daily operations, coaching employees, and keeping the energy high.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire – Build a strong, motivated team through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Own the Operation – Oversee daily performance, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop People – Train and grow team members, including first-time employees, into confident performers.
• Create Exceptional Experiences – Set the tone for outstanding guest service every day.
• Stay Hands-On – Work alongside your team outdoors in a fast paced, high energy environment.
• Drive Results – Maintain standards, execute company programs, and help multiple locations succeed.

What We’re Looking For

• Bring strong organization and problem solving skills
• Have prior management or leadership experience (required)
• Have hospitality, retail, or customer service leadership experience (preferred)
