Job Title: General Manager

A polished, high-volume upscale casual restaurant is seeking a General Manager to join our team and help drive success at our Odessa, Texas location!

Restaurant is a growing, chef-driven restaurant concept known for its elevated American cuisine, and curated selection of cocktails, wine, and craft beer. With multiple locations across Texas, the brand is built around delivering a unique, high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Day in the Life:

Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless daily performance
Lead, mentor, and develop management and hourly teams to drive engagement and retention
Champion a culture of hospitality, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience
Monitor financial performance, including labor, cost controls, and revenue growth
Drive operational excellence through attention to detail and adherence to brand standards
Conduct regular leadership meetings and provide clear direction on goals and performance expectations
Partner with ownership and leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Act as the face of the restaurant within the community and build strong guest relationships

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
Passion for the restaurant industry and a genuine commitment to its success
Strong leadership presence with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest experience
Performance-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a metrics-focused environment
Well-rounded business acumen, including financial management and operational oversight
Ability and willingness to relocate within Texas as needed
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in a team-oriented, small-company environment
Open to candidates from diverse managerial backgrounds; restaurant expertise on day one is not required
Driven, growth-oriented mindset with a desire to learn, develop, and advance within the company
