Overview
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for managing a flagship locations and driving business success? As a Manager for Go Greek Frozen Yogurt, you will oversee the operations of several units, ensuring each location delivers exceptional customer experiences while meeting strategic business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse teams, implement innovative processes, and foster growth across multiple sites. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will be vital in steering each unit toward profitability and operational excellence.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the store or facility teams, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance customer satisfaction across all units.
  • Oversee profit and loss statements, ensuring the location meets financial goals through effective cost management and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Supervise daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, quality assurance, and compliance with company policies.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for expansion or service enhancement within existing markets.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and optimize overall productivity.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Monitor performance metrics regularly, providing coaching and feedback to managers and staff to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience with a track record of supervising teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff at all levels.
  • Strategic planning expertise to set clear goals and execute plans effectively.
  • Solid understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in business development and identifying growth opportunities within competitive markets.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
