What You'll Own
- The Wheel. Full P&L ownership of Volkswagen of Murfreesboro — sales, service, parts, and F&I. This is your store to build.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of dealership GM or GSM experience — Volkswagen or import brand experience is a big plus
- A track record of driving profitability and crushing targets
- Command of dealership financials, fixed ops, and variable ops
- F&I expertise and a compliance-first mindset
- The kind of leadership presence that makes people want to follow you
