Key Responsibilities - Lead daily operations and execute company strategies to improve quality, service, safety, and financial performance.
- Develop and mentor departmental managers to strengthen leadership, team performance, and problem-solving.
- Drive revenue growth through strong financial management and the development of new business opportunities across lodging, F&B, retail, and recreation.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports; recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Support marketing and sales efforts that increase visibility, occupancy, and overall park revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all park contract requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies, including safety and environmental programs.
- Oversee HR functions, employee housing, training, and labor compliance.
- Maintain asset management programs and positive community relations.
- Apply knowledge of recreational activities—such as trout fishing—to support guest programming and retail/facility planning as needed.

- 5–7 years of hospitality management experience, ideally with retail, lodging, and F&B oversight.
- Proven leadership, financial management, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with regular physical activity.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; POS familiarity preferred.
