What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations and deliver standout guest experiences
Build, coach, and inspire high-performing management and hourly teams
Set and uphold standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness
Manage labor, food, and beverage costs to hit performance goals
Drive sales through strong floor presence and guest engagement
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor standards
What We’re Looking For
3+ years as a GM or AGM in a full-service restaurant
Hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
Strong communication, organization, and people skills
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
