Store Manager
Short Stop is looking for high-energy leaders who are passionate about creating a fun, fast, friendly, and clean experience for every Guest! As a Store Manager, you play a key role in building a welcoming store environment, leading a strong team, and delivering the kind of service that keeps Guests coming back.
You’ll take ownership of daily operations while developing your team, driving sales, and making your store a standout in the community. At Short Stop, this role isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to grow your leadership skills and make an impact every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day store operations to deliver a fast, friendly, and clean Guest experience
- Drive sales, manage expenses, and achieve store goals
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members to perform their best
- Build a positive, team-focused culture where employees feel valued and supported
- Ensure shelves are stocked, products are fresh, and the store is always clean and ready
- Create excitement around new products and promotions to engage Guests
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs at all times
- Protect company assets through strong inventory control, shrink reduction, and operational discipline
- Maintain safety, security, and compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Analyze store performance and implement action plans to improve results
- Develop future leaders by mentoring and training your team
