General Manager

As a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will lead the team in creating legendary experiences for every guest. You will bring energy, excitement, and strong leadership to the sports bar while building a winning team and creating a positive workplace where team members can grow and succeed. This role is responsible for driving sales and profitability, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering the exciting game-day atmosphere Buffalo Wild Wings is known for.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and deliver excellent guest service
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members
• Create an energetic, engaging, and team-focused workplace
• Manage sales, profitability, labor, scheduling, and overall restaurant performance
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain food safety, alcohol service, cleanliness, and security standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws
• Execute training programs, new product rollouts, and local marketing initiatives
• Build a strong culture focused on teamwork, growth, and accountability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous restaurant management experience required
• General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and guest-service skills
• Passion for developing others and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment
• Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move items as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation

This position is based on a 45-hour workweek.
