Are you meticulous and utterly reliable because you are organized, self-sufficient and conscientious? Are you someone who self-initiates and is comfortable leading with an approachable and optimistic style?
The General Manager is the operational leader of our production and event execution teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently, that team members are supported and accountable, and that every event leaves the studio at the highest standard of quality and professionalism.
The General Manager reports directly to company leadership and serves as the primary point of contact for all team members regarding scheduling, workflow, performance, and operational questions.
Rachel Cho Floral Design is a New York–based luxury floral studio where imagination meets refinement. We create immersive, artful environments — from intimate celebrations to large-scale sculptural installations — driven by intention, elegance, and a deeply cultivated design sensibility.
This role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules. You’ll travel locally to venues, warehouses, and client sites, and need the stamina and focus to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced production settings.
