We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and lead cross-functional teams. The GM will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee all daily operations of the business, including staffing, budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring.
Set strategic goals and ensure they are measurable and achievable.
Lead and motivate department heads and team members to achieve company objectives.
Develop and implement business strategies, processes, and policies that promote growth and efficiency.
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
Analyze business performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Foster a positive work environment and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, and clients.
Report to executive leadership or board on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
7–15 years of progressive leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior management or GM role.
Proven track record of driving operational performance and profitability.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Skills:
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent financial acumen and business strategy knowledge.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to solve problems, manage conflict, and drive organizational change.
Proficient in business software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office, CRM platforms).
