Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, food safety, and quality control to ensure excellent standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, and operational costs, to drive profitability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Proven ability to manage operations, people, and finances successfully.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for bank deposits or shift coverage).
